Dear Cedar Hill Families,
Earlier this week, our 5th-graders learned about online safety with our Director of Safety and Security, Mr. Hank Werner. We also had a blast yesterday with April Fool's jokes! Today, we will celebrate neurodiversity during our green & gold monthly assembly. Students will learn that neurodiversity means that everyone’s brain works in its own unique way. Our brains help us think, learn, feel emotions, and solve problems. Just like people have different talents, interests, and personalities, we also have different ways our brains work.
We’d like to extend our best wishes to Mrs. Molly Mooney as she begins her maternity leave. During her absence, we’re pleased to welcome Ms. Avery Rosevear, who will be stepping into the role. Ms. Rosevear is already a familiar face at Cedar Hill, having completed her internship under Mrs. Mooney’s guidance. We’re also grateful to have Mr. Sean Bienkowski continuing in his role as part-time school counselor. Please find their contact information below:

It's that magical time of year where we get to celebrate and support our school library. This year we are looking to see if we can donate as many books as Mrs. Jones is tall! During the month of April, books purchased off of our Amazon Wish List will be stacked up and if we get to 5'6" tall, Mrs. Jones will dress up as Captain Underpants!! Thank you for supporting our school library by donating books and spreading the word to help us have the best library for our fabulous readers.
